In this Nordic webinar, hosted by FBN Denmark, we will be discussing the topic of rules of engagement as a corner stone of a thriving family business. We’d like to invite participants to think about family governance as a way of looking after the family, as a way to protect family relationships and as a way to strengthen the business.
Creating a set of rules of engagement for how you ‘do’ family business together is fundamentally an act of love towards all involved because what we are doing is caring about each other, wanting to make sure that we (continue) to work well together for the sake of family relationships and the business.
The soft issues are the hard ones and that’s why we need to talk about them.
We hope you’ll join us to share your perspective and get inspired by those of others.
